If you choose to travel by car, we recommend that you make sure in advance that your hotel offers guest parking. Parking in the city and near ETH campus is limited and expensive, and large portions of the city's Old Town and commercial districts are off-limits to cars.

For short term parking (about CHF 4.- per hour) you can follow the city-wide electronic parking system, which will show you the current number of available parking spots at the nearest parking garage. You may also leave your car at a public Park & Ride (P+R) facility outside the city center; just follow the signs from any major highway leading into the city, and take a tram or bus from there.

For long term parking you may wish to leave your car at the Zurich airport parking garages for the duration of the conference. Three days of parking at the Zurich airport will cost between CHF 75.- and CHF 105.-, depending on the lot you choose.
