All authors who have submitted a paper will receive electronic notification through the PaperCept conference management website in late February, 2013.

We kindly ask that you do not contact the conference secretariat directly about the status of your submission.

While your submission is under review you may log in to the PaperCept website to view its status:

• “Received”
  Your complete submission has been received; this will change to “Under Review” after the submission deadline.
  
• “Under Review”
  Your submission is being reviewed by the International Program Committee.
  
• “Decision Pending”
  Your paper’s evaluation is complete and a decision about its acceptance or rejection will be made soon.
  
• “Undisclosed”
  A tentative decision has been made.
  
• “Accepted”
  Your paper has been accepted into the conference program, pending final submission.
  
• “Rejected”
  Your paper has been rejected.

Your notification of acceptance will indicate the session type you have been selected to present, and will contain a link to an invitation letter confirming your contribution to the conference. This letter can be used to obtain a travel visa if required. See also Visas and travel documents.
